Synopsis
Every murder is another sign
The story of the most famous serial killer in the United States who frightened Americans in the seventies. He was never caught by the police and remained an unsolved case. The only trace he leaves is a zodiac sign at the crime scene. A possible motive is sexual, driven by hatred against women and homophobia. A faceless killer who could be the neighbor who lives next door, waiting to kill the next victim.

Hey, fat fuck. Pick up the phone, fat fuck. You fat fuck.
Ulli Lommel's films always feel to me like they were made by a guy who has no idea what films are on a conceptual level. The only way I can think of to describe his style of editing and camerawork is total and all-encompassing ineptness. The biggest problem with most of Lommel's films is that they literally have no plot structure at all and just repeat the same scenario over and over again so it's impossible to tell if you're getting close to the ending (if, indeed there actually is one). In this case, a woman dreams of Zodiac killing someone then she talks briefly with a detective then she dreams of Zodiac killing someone then she talks briefly with a detective the she dreams... all the while, Zodiac profanely rambles on and on and on and on and on and-

oooooh boy.
here we have the legendary king of bad Ulli Lommel telling his version of the Zodiac killer. to say this film is simply shitty would not be totally fair. if awful movies were a genre, then this would be an art awful film. it's currently on Netflix streaming & i just recommend checking out samples of it. fast forward past the credits and just listen to that voice over. observe the fine "acting". if you're laughing at the film you may, might, MAYBE just get a stupid thrill out of what Ulli's newest shit sandwich has to offer here.
two stars for the simple fact that this film exists and is on Netflix streaming. -

A movie that funny enough, has no script. The actors are talking over each other and trying to improvise on the spot to make this movie even work. But I found the most funniest lines by the Zodiac Killer himself.
In my book, two plus two is three, maybe... You wanna meet in the middle, fat fuck, make it a four, fat fuck.
And another classic from the killer
Your black eyes, pretty girl.
Your black hair, pretty girl.
We have one character who sounds like Herbert the Pervert while holding back the laughter. Bad filter effects, this director is infamous for making horrendous bad films and this showcases them. Very very rough film.
